There Are Currently 85 Units Available Under Management by the Killingly Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Killingly Housing Authority Serves the Danielson, Metropolitan Area.
The main goal of the Killingly Housing Authority is to offer suitable and secure housing to elderly and disabled residents who qualify for our State subsidized housing program. We achieve this by providing a total of 163 apartments in Maple Courts I and II, as well as Birchwood Terrace. Furthermore, through our federal program, we also offer rental subsidies to 85 eligible families residing in privately-owned homes within the Town of Killingly.
