There Are Currently 30 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Brush. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Brush Serves the Brush, Metropolitan Area.

Brush Housing Authority (BHA) serves the needs of the disabled, elderly, and low-income families in the City of Brush through their Centennial Manor Complex. BHA works directly with Housing and Urban Development and the Colorado Division of Housing, as well as U.S. Rural Development, CHFA, and several other federal, public and humanitarian organizations to better serve our community’s housing needs.
