These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the County of Montezuma Serves the Cortez, Metropolitan Area.
The Housing Authority of the County of Montezuma (HA) administers three (3) rental assistance programs.
