There Are Currently 100 Units Available Under Management by the Larimer County Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Larimer County Housing Authority Serves the Ft Collins, Metropolitan Area.
Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV) help cover the cost of monthly rent for people whose incomes are below the area average (see guidelines above). After qualifying, participants in the HCV program pay approximately 30-40% of their monthly income toward rent. Housing Choice Vouchers may be used throughout Larimer County in privately-owned and qualified apartments, townhomes or houses.
