There Are Currently 213 Units Available Under Management by the Samson Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Samson Housing Authority Serves the Samson, Metropolitan Area.
Our goal is to provide drug free, decent, safe, and sanitary housing for eligible families and to provide opportunities and promote self-sufficiency and economic independence for residents.
The Project Has 86 Total Buildings. The Units Consists Of Both Public Housing And Section 8 Apartment Units.
