There Are Currently 40 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the Town of New Brockton. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the Town of New Brockton Serves the New Brockton, Metropolitan Area.
The New Brockton Housing Authority is located in the small, rural town of New Brockton, Alabama. New Brockton is located in Coffee County and is only about a 10-minute drive from the City of Enterprise. We own and operate 40 pubic housing apartments - 22 units located on King Street, which are known as Brock Apartments and 18 units off Caldwell Street which are known as Youngblood Apartments.
The Project Has 50 Total Buildings. The Units Consists Of Both Public Housing And Section 8 Apartment Units.
