National Church Residences is a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing, supportive services, and care options for seniors. With over 300 communities in 25 states and Puerto Rico, it aims to enable seniors to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. In addition to housing, National Church Residences also provides health care services, including assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, post-acute care, and hospice.
