Senior Home Sharing is a non-profit organization designed to provide affordable, shared housing services for seniors to help them maintain their independence, reduce their cost of living and enjoy companionship. The organization operates six homes in DuPage County, Illinois, accommodating four to seven residents each. The residents live in a community-like setting, sharing common areas, chores, and meals while having their private bedrooms. Senior Home Sharing also organizes various social activities and community engagements to enhance the residents' social life.
