There Are Currently 712 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Beckley. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Beckley Serves the Beckley, Metropolitan Area.

The Beckley Housing Authority employs around 15 individuals who are dedicated to serving the community through various programs and initiatives. Working alongside the Board of Commissioners, our aim is to offer affordable housing options that enhance the residents' quality of life and foster a more self-reliant community within Beckley, WV. Currently, our organization manages five public housing communities and operates the Housing Choice Voucher Program, which supports approximately 700 families in finding suitable housing.
