There Are Currently 194 Units Available Under Management by the Shawano Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Shawano Housing Authority Serves the Shawano, Metropolitan Area.
We offer two programs that are federally funded by grants through the Department of Housing and Urban Development. These programs consist of Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Program. Our Public Housing Program consists of 146 units in the City of Shawano. We offer 110 one bedroom units and 2 two bedroom units in Parkside Apartments and Elizabeth Manor. We also have 2 one bedroom duplex units, 22 two bedroom duplex units, and 10 three bedroom duplex units. Our duplexes are located on Oak Street, Richmond Court, Military Road, and Acorn Street in the City of Shawano.
