There Are Currently 53 Units Available Under Management by the Frederic Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Frederic Housing Authority Serves the Frederic, Metropolitan Area.
The purpose of the Frederic Village Housing Authority is to promote adequate and affordable housing, with a suitable and appropriate housing environment for the elderly and the disabled. There are currently a total of 53 units in our two apartment buildings- 21 in the Sunrise Apartments and 32 in the Golden Oaks Apartments.
