The purpose of the Big Stone Gap Redevelopment & Housing Authority is to ensure that low to moderate income citizens have access to safe and clean housing, thus enhancing their overall quality of life. This objective is achieved through the management of three LIHTC properties. The Authority is committed to carrying out its mission with respect, competence, and compassion towards all individuals involved.
