There Are Currently 124 Units Available Under Management by the Big Stone Gap Redevelopment and Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Big Stone Gap Redevelopment and Housing Authority Serves the Big Stone Gap, Metropolitan Area.
The Mission of the Big Stone Gap Redevelopment & Housing Authority is to promote and maintain the quality of living by providing safe and sanitary housing for low to moderate income citizens. In accomplishment of this goal, it has implemented management of three LIHTC properties. This mission shall be accomplished with respect, competency, and compassion toward everyone.
