There Are Currently 309 Units Available Under Management by the Cumberland Plateau Regional Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Cumberland Plateau Regional Housing Authority Serves the Lebanon, Metropolitan Area.

Chartered in 1970, CPRHA provides quality, safe, affordable housing to low-income residents in the Virginia counties of Russell, Dickenson, Tazewell and Buchanan. CPRHA operates 309 public housing units on seven properties. The authority is governed by a six-member board of commissioners, which establishes policy. An executive director, hired by the board, manages daily operations and enforcement of federal and state regulations.
