There Are Currently 227 Units Available Under Management by the Southeast Tennessee Human Resource Agency. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Southeast Tennessee Human Resource Agency Serves the Dunlap, Metropolitan Area.

Sethra was organized in 1973 under the human resource act of 1973, as amended. We are a 501(c)(3) organization with a goal of working hand-in-hand with state, local, federal and affiliated organizations. Since 1965, we have grown from a small agency providing only a few programs to an agency administering more than thirty programs in the region. Sethra operates in the following tennessee counties: bledsoe, bradley, franklin, grundy, hamilton, marion, mcminn, meigs, polk, rhea, and sequatchie.
