There Are Currently 198 Units Available Under Management by the Jefferson City Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Jefferson City Housing Authority Serves the Jefferson City, Metropolitan Area.
JCHA manages a total of 199 Public Housing units in Jefferson City, Tennessee, which are allocated based on income. The initial number of units started at 32, and we gradually increased it over the years. In 1961, we added 30 more units, followed by an additional 62 units in 1970. In 1976, we included another 47 units, and finally, in 1982, we added 28 more units to complete the current total.
