There Are Currently 971 Units Available Under Management by the Morris County Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Morris County Housing Authority Serves the Morristown, Metropolitan Area.
The Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders (now County Commissioners) established the Housing Authority of the County of Morris in 1972 with the purpose of constructing and overseeing housing options for individuals with low and moderate incomes residing in the County. Throughout more than three decades, we have significantly contributed to offering affordable housing choices to senior citizens, families, and individuals with disabilities who fall into the low and moderate income brackets.
