There Are Currently 971 Units Available Under Management by the Morris County Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Morris County Housing Authority Serves the Morristown, Metropolitan Area.
The Housing Authority of the County of Morris was created by the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders (now County Commissioners) in 1972 to develop and manage housing for low and moderate income residents of the County. For over thirty years, we've played a major role in providing affordable housing options to low and moderate income senior citizens, families and people with disabilities.
