There Are Currently 163 Units Available Under Management by the Brevard Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Brevard Housing Authority Serves the Brevard, Metropolitan Area.
The Brevard Housing Authority has proudly served the community of Brevard, North Carolina since 1968. OUR MISSION is to provide safe, quality and affordable housing, to expand available resources, and to collaborate with the community to create opportunities for BHA residents. We own and manage 163 public housing units at five locations across town. One of those units has been converted to a community resource center that provides after school services and enrichment programs, as well as a summer nutrition site, and is available for other community outreach programs.
