There Are Currently 163 Units Available Under Management by the Brevard Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Brevard Housing Authority Serves the Brevard, Metropolitan Area.

Since 1968, the Brevard Housing Authority has been dedicated to serving the community of Brevard, North Carolina. Our main objective is to offer secure, high-quality, and affordable housing options while also enhancing resources and working alongside the community to create opportunities for our residents. With five locations throughout town, we currently own and oversee 163 public housing units. Additionally, we have transformed one of these units into a community resource center. This center not only offers after-school services and enrichment programs but also serves as a summer nutrition site. Furthermore, it is open to other community outreach programs, making it a valuable asset to the community.
