There Are Currently 1175 Units Available Under Management by the the Graham Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the the Graham Housing Authority Serves the Graham, Metropolitan Area.

The main goal of the Graham Housing Authority is to offer secure and high-quality rental housing options to low-income families, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities who are eligible. Our organization manages a total of 170 public housing units, out of which 20 are specifically designated for elderly residents. These housing units are spread across 13 different locations throughout the city of Graham. The unit sizes vary from one-bedroom to five-bedroom, and the determination of bedroom size is based on the guidelines laid out in the Graham Housing Authorities: Admissions & Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP).
