There Are Currently 1175 Units Available Under Management by the the Graham Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the the Graham Housing Authority Serves the Graham, Metropolitan Area.
The Graham Housing Authority strives to provide quality and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. In total there are 170 units for public housing, which include 20 elderly units. Our housing units are located throughout the city of Graham on 13 sites. They range from one-bedroom to five-bedroom units (bedroom size is determined by the Graham Housing Authorities: Admissions & Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP).
