The Housing Authority of the City of Jackson, Mississippi (JHA) was established in 1969 by resolution of the City Commission of the City of Jackson, Mississippi. The mission of JHA is to be a leader in our community in providing quality and affordable housing, while maintaining a safe environment, supported by programs and services to encourage economic improvement, personal empowerment and homeownership.
