The mission of Morrison County HRA is to promote safe, decent, quality, affordable housing for low to moderate income households throughout Morrison County. Through partnerships with other agencies, Morrison County HRA is a positive force in the community that works with low to moderate income households to achieve self-sufficiency, possible homeownership and become contributing, productive members of the communities in which they live. Through effective management and wise stewardship of public funds, as well as developing partnerships, Morrison County HRA will work to enhance the quality of life in the communities of Morrison County and accomplish this mission.
