There Are Currently 40 Units Available Under Management by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Pine River, Minnesota. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Pine River, Minnesota Serves the Pine River, Metropolitan Area.

The HRA oversees the management of 70 units and actively collaborates with independent developers to expand housing options for lower income tenants in the community. A successful example of this partnership is the Pine River Square project, a townhouse development consisting of 12 units completed in 1997 and managed by CEPCO, based in Hopkins, MN. The project was financed through the Tax Credit Financing Program offered by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. Continuing their partnership, the HRA and CEPCO are currently working on another townhouse project called Kinler Square Townhouses, which will provide 12 additional units of affordable rental housing.
