There Are Currently 22 Units Available Under Management by the North Reading Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the North Reading Housing Authority Serves the North Reading, Metropolitan Area.

North Reading Housing Authority has been established, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 121B. Our primary purpose is to provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing to families, and elderly and/or disabled persons of low income at rentals which they can afford until such time as there is no longer a need.
