There Are Currently 588 Units Available Under Management by the Beverly Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Beverly Housing Authority Serves the Beverly, Metropolitan Area.

The Beverly Housing Authority manages various housing assistance programs for low income residents. These include the Low Rent Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8), State Public Housing, and the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program. Eligibility for these programs is determined by either HUD or DHCD, and is based on income.
