There Are Currently 887 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the County of Williamson. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the County of Williamson Serves the Carterville, Metropolitan Area.
Today, the WCHA provides affordable housing to approximately 725 households in public housing and more than 163 homes under the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
The Project Has 69 Total Buildings. The Units Consists Of Both Public Housing And Section 8 Apartment Units.
