Upward Transitions is a resource dedicated to ending generational poverty in Oklahoma City through community support, providing services for the homeless and impoverished individuals. Their primary goal is to assist families and individuals who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or stranded by providing case management and stabilizing resources to help meet basic social needs. The ultimate objective is to assist those they serve in achieving self-sufficiency.
