The Wounded Warrior Project is a non-profit organization that provides a variety of programs, services, and events for American veterans who were physically or mentally injured, wounded, or became ill on or after September 11, 2001. While not solely focused on homelessness, the organization offers resources and assistance that can help prevent and alleviate homelessness among veterans. This includes mental health services, physical health and wellness programs, career and VA benefits counseling, and support for the most severely wounded veterans.
