The Interfaith Hospitality House (IHH) is a community housing initiative run by YWCA Central Alabama. It is a collaborative program that provides shelter and support services to homeless families in the Birmingham area. The IHH assists families in transitioning from homelessness to stability and self-sufficiency by providing them with temporary housing, food, and comprehensive social services. These services include case management, job search assistance, and life skills training. The ultimate goal of the IHH is to help families secure permanent housing and achieve financial independence.
