There Are Currently 50 Units Available Under Management by the Baraboo Community Development Agency. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Baraboo Community Development Agency Serves the Baraboo, Metropolitan Area.
The Community Development Authority (CDA) of the City of Baraboo was established in 1978 by combining the Baraboo Housing Authority with the Redevelopment Authority of Baraboo. The CDA is governed by 8 members of the Board of Commissioners. The Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor, and two of the members are required to be members of the Common Council of the City.
