There Are Currently 80 Units Available Under Management by the Lafayette County Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Lafayette County Housing Authority Serves the Darlington, Metropolitan Area.

Lafayette County Housing Authority (LCHA) owns and operate a total of 85 units in scattered sites across Lafayette County, administering multiple housing programs, which include: 28 Public Housing Units, 57 Section 8 – New Construction units, and 52 - Section 8 – Housing Choice Vouchers.
