There Are Currently 111 Units Available Under Management by the Eau Claire Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Eau Claire Housing Authority Serves the Eau Claire, Metropolitan Area.
The Housing Authority is responsible for the administration of nine federally subsidized housing programs. The housing programs are implemented by the Housing Authority under the guidance of the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners and funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The nine housing programs operate within the city limits of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
