There Are Currently 26 Units Available Under Management by the Mondovi Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Mondovi Housing Authority Serves the Mondovi, Metropolitan Area.

The non-profit organization, Mondovi Housing Authority, owns and manages the Highland Apartments to provide a safe and affordable home for elderly, disabled, and other independent living residents.  Prospective residents must apply and income-qualify.  Rent is based upon a percentage of income, and not assets, after medical expenses.  The rent includes heat, electricity, water/sewer, and garbage service.  Cable television is available at reduced rate ($60.00/mo.), and is in addition to the monthly rent.  Telephone service is arranged independently by each tenant and paid for directly to the phone service provider (not included in the monthly rent).  Feel free to view the slideshow to see our lovely and well-maintained grounds.
