There Are Currently 943 Units Available Under Management by the Wise County Redevelopment & Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Wise County Redevelopment & Housing Authority Serves the Coeburn, Metropolitan Area.
Our Mission is to serve the citizens of Wise County by providing and promoting the development of affordable rental housing and homeownership opportunities for low-to-moderate income households in a safe environment by revitalizing and maintaining neighborhoods, and continuing an active partnership with the County of Wise.
The Project Has 14 Total Buildings. The Units Consists Of Both Public Housing And Section 8 Apartment Units.
