There Are Currently 20 Units Available Under Management by the Sweetwater Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Sweetwater Housing Authority Serves the Sweetwater, Metropolitan Area.

Sweetwater Housing Authority was established in 1952.  We have 157 Public Housing units located within four apartment complexes, with three being in Sweetwater and one in Tellico Plains. We have one, two, three and four bedroom apartments.
