There Are Currently 202 Units Available Under Management by the South Pittsburg Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the South Pittsburg Housing Authority Serves the South Pittsburg, Metropolitan Area.

In the United States Housing Act of 1937 our federal government proclaimed, “It is the policy of the United States to remedy the acute shortage of decent, safe, and sanitary dwellings for families of lower income.” Here at the South Pittsburg Housing Authority, we are proud to continue to do our small part toward achieving those goals.
