There Are Currently 730 Units Available Under Management by the Crossville Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Crossville Housing Authority Serves the Crossville, Metropolitan Area.
Crossville Housing Authority was charted in 1952 and rented the first unit in 1960. Since that time the CHA has constructed nine public housing projects and acquired some single-family homes for a total of 328 housing units today.
