The Peekskill Housing Authority (PHA) operates in the City of Peekskill located in the northwest portion of Westchester County, New York. For seventy years the Peekskill Housing Authority has provided decent, safe, and affordable homes to families and individuals. Today we currently have 273 apartments in three developments in the City of Peekskill and pride ourselves on the homes we provide to low-income families.
