There Are Currently 763 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of Long Beach. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of Long Beach Serves the Long Beach, Metropolitan Area.
The Long Beach Housing Authority presently manages four senior and adult disabled apartments complexes: The Michael Valenti, Morton Cohen, Sonny Duckman and Sol Scher buildings. These are comprised of 264 federally HUD-assisted units. The Long Beach Housing Authority also manages 108 low-income family eligible housing units and 398 Section 8 housing choice vouchers.
