There Are Currently 210 Units Available Under Management by the Salem Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Salem Housing Authority Serves the Salem, Metropolitan Area.
The SHA provides public housing to low and moderate income families, seniors and people with disabilities. Our mission is to provide decent, safe and sanitary public housing to those in need. We maintain 180 units in three apartment complexes.
