The Housing Authority of the Township of Middletown (the Authority) was organized in September 1970. The Authority manages two high-rise senior citizen developments; Daniel Towers, One Oakdale Drive, Middletown, NJ, a 100 unit six story building, and Alice V. Tomaso Plaza, Two Oakdale Drive, Middletown, NJ, a 152 unit six story building.
