There Are Currently 329 Units Available Under Management by the Keansburg Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Keansburg Housing Authority Serves the Keansburg, Metropolitan Area.

The mission of the Housing Authority of the Borough of Keansburg is to provide affordable, decent, safe and sanitary housing; to create an environment which enable residents to live responsibly and with dignity; to maintain the property in good condition; to offer services and resources to assist in becoming self-sufficient and to ensure the enjoyment of family life, for all residents. It is our hope that all families of our Housing Authority enjoy all the comforts of home. The staff works diligently every day to provide vital services to our families.
