There Are Currently 168 Units Available Under Management by the Wildwood Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Wildwood Housing Authority Serves the Wildwood, Metropolitan Area.

The Wildwood Housing Authority, a non-profit organization funded by the federal government, is responsible for offering affordable housing options to low to moderate income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. Under the supervision of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, WHA utilizes its annual budget of $4.0 million to provide approximately 1,000 citizens of Wildwood with secure and satisfactory housing, as well as additional support. The management of the Wildwood Housing Authority is entrusted to a board of commissioners consisting of seven members, six of whom are appointed by the Mayor of Wildwood with the approval of other city commissioners. The remaining member is appointed by the Department of Community Affairs. Within Wildwood, the Wildwood Housing Authority owns two housing developments that offer a total of 170 units.
