There Are Currently 530 Units Available Under Management by the Fort Lee Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Fort Lee Housing Authority Serves the Fort Lee, Metropolitan Area.

The Housing Authority administers a 4o unit Public Housing site on Teresa Drive in Fort Lee as well as a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program which provides rental assistance to approximately 490 families.  It also administer a Housing Choice Voucher Family Self Sufficiency Program and a First Time Home Buyers Program.
