There Are Currently 217 Units Available Under Management by the Pender County Housing Department. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Pender County Housing Department Serves the Burgaw, Metropolitan Area.

Our mission is to help eligible, low-income residents of Pender County access healthy, safe, affordable housing. Our programs assist families of all types including families with children, seniors and the disabled.
