The Havre de Grace Housing Authority (HDGHA) at Somerset Manor was founded in the 1970s with the aim of offering reasonably priced housing options for low to moderate income families in Harford County, Maryland. Serving as the sole public housing establishment in the county, HDGHA consists of 50 townhomes for single families and 10 townhomes designated for the elderly and disabled. Over the years, we have provided assistance to almost 1,500 families.
