There Are Currently 232 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the Town of Cicero. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the Town of Cicero Serves the Cicero, Metropolitan Area.

The Town of Cicero’s Department of Housing administers the Home Repair Program (HRP). We are now accepting new inquiries for our Home Repair Program and our Emergency Access Grant for People with Disabilities Program. We are processing applicants on a first-come first-serve basis. Applicant(s) must be grant eligible to one (1) or two (2) unit owner-occupied properties where the applicant(s) current total household income is considered to be low as defined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
