There Are Currently 326 Units Available Under Management by the Cedar Falls Housing Commission. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Cedar Falls Housing Commission Serves the Cedar Falls, Metropolitan Area.

This advisory commission supports programs and special projects for the housing needs of low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. The commission provides input on policies, procedures, and projects related to the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8), Community Development Block Grant, and HOME programs.
