There Are Currently 662 Units Available Under Management by the Vernon Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Vernon Housing Authority Serves the Vernon, Metropolitan Area.

The Vernon Housing Authority has been serving the needs of the Vernon-Rockville community in Connecticut for over 60 years. We offer multiple types of housing through our various programs. Our well-maintained communities are located in quiet neighborhoods, and are open to the elderly and/or disabled. The apartments are subsidized, with utilities included and are conveniently located near supermarkets, pharmacies and public transportation.
